WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES & DUTIES?
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company direct to arrange payment.
Contoured Club cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?
Contoured Club has a transparent size guide available to assist you in choosing the size right for you. Our Size Guide provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
WILL MY PAYMENT INFORMATION BE SAFE?
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by us.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
We will also send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact customersupport@contouredclub.co.uk with your name and order number.
How To Return My Items?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once we have been notified you have 7 days to return the item/s.

Returns postage is to be paid by the customer. We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Parcel's are the customers responsibility until they reach us so we advise it's packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way.
Please retain proof of postage as we may ask you to provide this to us, should there be any issues with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in its original dispatched condition, clean and unworn with tags.
- package contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return note.
- item(s) are not final sale i.e. in the SALE section of the website.
*Please note: should there be any marks such as make-up, your return may be refused. Please take extra care when trying on your items.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 7 working days for this to be actioned.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Payments can take up to 7-10 working days to clear through the bank.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned on a faulty return basis, we will refund original payment in full as long as they the returned goods meet the stated standards.
