WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES & DUTIES?
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company direct to arrange payment.
Contoured Club cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly therefore this may not be possible, however if you need to change something please use the contact form or email us at customersupport@contouredclub.co.uk.
How To Return My Items?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once we have been notified you have 7 days to return the item/s.

Returns postage is to be paid by the customer. We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Parcels are the customers responsibility until they reach us so we advise it's packed up securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
Please retain proof of postage as we may ask you to provide this to us, should there be any issues with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in its original dispatched condition, clean and unworn with tags.
- package contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return note.
- item(s) are not final sale i.e. in the THE ARCHIVE/SALE section of the website.
*Please note: should there be any marks such as make-up, your return may be refused. Please take extra care when trying on your items.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 7 working days for this to be actioned.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Payments can take up to 7-10 working days to clear through the bank.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned on a faulty return basis, we will refund original payment in full as long as they the returned goods meet the stated standards.
